Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of CMH Multan is one of the oldest departments of CMH and is providing medical and surgical services to the people of southern Punjab for several years.

Complete maternity services are provided to cater for approximately 4000 deliveries per year. Gynecology services are run at both preventive and therapeutic levels. In addition to conventional surgeries, facilities for minimally invasive surgery are also available.

The department is recognized by CPSP for fellowship certification in Gynecology and Obstetrics (FCPS).
