Deals with all finance related matters to include revision of student fee structure, Pay and Allowances of employees, incentive etc.

Details as under:-

Maintenance of proper accounts cash ledger and their audit.

  1. Preparation of pay rolls of all employees and arrange payments.
  2. Maintenance of fee record of students.
  3. Payment of all utility and allied bills.
  4. Responsible for the procurement of all kinds of equipment / material required for CIMS management. Maintain documents, accounting policies/ procedures, funds/ accounts and banking relationship.
  5. Oversee the operations of the treasury department in line with design of organizational structure / budget and Assist higher management in formulation of strategic direction.
  6. Forecast cash flow positions and availability funds for investment / expenses.
  7. Implementation of government rules related to Tax matters with FBR and SECP matters.
  8. Engage in ongoing cost reduction / additional analysis. Interpret the organizational financial results to management and recommended improvement
