Eye department of CMH Multan is a well-equipped, technologically advanced tertiary care facility committed to provide ophthalmic care to people of South Punjab.

Basic and clinical knowledge of ophthalmology will be imparted to medical students in a step ladder fashion commencing with Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and history taking in third year of MBBS. In fourth year the students will move on to learn clinical examination in relation to common ophthalmic ailments.

The department is well equipped with audiovisual and teaching aids to deliver lectures, tutorials, and demonstrations.  Live surgeries will also be shown for maximum learning.

 The department is recognized by CPSP for fellowship certification in Ophthalmology(FCPS).
