CMH Multan has a well-established ENT Department geared to cater for diagnosis and management of whole range of ENT disorders. Beside routine surgeries, Head and Neck cancer salvage surgeries are also performed independently or in consultation with thoracic and plastic surgeons. Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) and video assisted nasal surgeries are done with good results. Audio-logical facilities range from latest audiogram, tympanogram and Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometer (BERA). Middle ear reconstructive surgeries like stapedectomy, myringoplasty and ossiculoplasty are also performed routinely.

The department is recognized by CPSP for fellowship certification in Otorhinolaryngology (FCPS).
