Admission Process (2023-2024)

As per PM&DC and NUMS regulations, the communication with the candidates applying for admission to any Medical / Dental College shall be ensured with transparency and ease of  process

To ensure complete transparency in the admission process, CIMS Multan will communicate electronically (THROUGH EMAIL) with the candidates who have shown interest for admission in CIMS Multan (MBBS / BDS) through their online application choice submitted at the time of applying for admission at NUMS website mentioned in the merit list received from the University

SOPs FOR COMM WITH CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION

  • A redesigned and user-friendly website of CIMS Multan has been launched in Jul 2023
  • The latest information displayed on the website are in sync with the university (NUMS) and PM&DC news regarding ongoing admissions including the links for registration process of NUMS MDCAT and the subsequent test schedule
  • The website also displays latest merit lists and other information and news for the general public facilitating the interested candidates to easily assess and make their decision to join the CIMS Multan family
  • For the admission process of yr 2023-24, the Admission Cell Team has been nominated and candidates will be approached by electronic means only, incl:

Display of merit list provided by NUMS on CIMS Website, with the remarks that the interested candidates (As per merit list) to report directly to CIMS Campus within stipulated timeline (3-4 working days) for necessary admission formalities including document submission, medical and fee deposit

E-mails will concurrently be sent to the same batch of candidates through the official CIMS email address (admissions.cmc@cims.pk) for CIMS Medical College and (admissions.cdc@cims.pk) for CIMS Dental College with instructions to report to CIMS campus

After expiry of given timeline for the remaining available seats the next batchs of candidates as per merit will be approached in similar manner

NO phone calls or SMS / WhatsApp text messages will be made to any candidate
